The WILDFIT® 90 Day Challenge brings together a powerful blend of human nutrition education and food psychology to help you finally discover true food freedom. This incremental 13-week online health challenge helps you understand what your body really needs to be eating so you can release body fat, find huge untapped supplies of energy and finally be the most-healthy version of yourself. Starting in the September intake will be ready to face the warmer months with a body you’ll adore and energy you’ll cherish.

 

But hang on Steph…. I have all these questions….

Will I be allowed to keep eating all the foods I love?

WILDFIT® is all about food freedom. There is no such thing as “allowed” or “permitted” in our world. Each week we’ll introduce new enhancements to your current lifestyle for you to try. We do ask you to take a holiday from some things that may be preventing you from getting to optimal health, but it’s only for a while so you can see how your body feels without it.

Reintroducing those foods, (a concept we call experimentation) is where the real learning happens as your body gets better at telling you how it feels after having it. And how your body feels without it, will have you excited for enhancement day each week!

Can I still do WILDFIT® with allergies or sensitivities?

Absolutely. Nothing is compulsary in the programme and there is always a work around. It is probable the things you are sensative to are not an optimal part of the natural human diet anyway! So relax… perhaps your body knows what’s its doing. Let’s listen to it and give it space to communicate with you.

Is WILDFIT® OK if I'm trying to gain muscle?

Yes! I, too like to lift and find my body does really well with this lifestyle! Your body will relish the injection of wonderful nutrition and you may find you see great gains in the gym. I can suggest some tweaks to the programme in week 6 to make sure you continue to have the fuel you need for your monster workouts!

Will I be hungry? I hate being hungry!

So do I! I am an absolute ”foodie”. No, please don’t let yourself get hungry. I will never tell you to count calories, weigh your meals or restrict food. Nourishment is the key to successful weight loss, reversal of metabolic conditions and eventually the possible elimination of lifestyle medications. So eat up, and reap the rewards!

I have failed so many diets, why should I succeed now?

It’s not your fault. The diet industry has failed you. But rest easy, this is not a “diet”. We don’t radically force change upon you and expect you to grit your teeth and will yourself throught it. Will power doesn’t work. Real and lasting change takes time and mindful awareness. You start where you are. We will set you up for success. And support you until the end.

The programme has been meticulously created and tested on thousands upon thousand of people worldwide. It’s no accident that we have a 90% success rate! It works.

Will I have to eat the same way forever?

If you lived 1000 years ago, like your ancestors, you wouldn’t eat the same way from one month to the next. Nature would have insisted on seasonal change. In fact, your body thrives when we change our diets from time to time.

One of the most exciting things about living WILDFIT® is the concept of seasonal living. And this doesn’t mean, in winter you eat pumpkin. This is a tool you will learn about rotating your foods on ratios that you choose based on what our body needs. So no, if you explore recipes and keep an open mind, you won’t get bored with WILDFIT® !

What if I’m not in your home town, Steph?

Great news! This is an ONLINE health challenge! Videos are delivered into your inbox and the bi-weekly LIVE! coaching calls (actually 3 live calls in the first two weeks) are entirely online. The group tribal support is in a private Facebook group. So, you can be anywhere in the world and still be entirely connected to me and your tribe.

What if I can't make the LIVE! calls?

You will get a higher level of support if you can make as many of the calls as possible, however, they are not essential. And all the calls will be recorded and then posted in the Facebook group within 12 hours so you won’t miss any of the content! Life can be chaotic so your programme needs to fit your lifestyle!

Can children complete WILDFIT® ?

Yes, they can. WILDFIT® guides you to slowly start to eat our species natural healthy diet. It’s not a “diet” and so it’s suitable for anyone. And families do great when the whole household does the programme together! I can suggest some important adjustments in week 6 of the programme for children or teenagers to ensure they still have all the important building blocks they need to support their growth.

Will I need to exercise?

Nope. You can get results without exercise. In fact, we’d prefer you didn’t exercise, unless you are already very comfortably in a routine. Exercise stresses the joints and can signal to the body that it’s not safe to release body fat. But don’t worry, if you want exercise to be part of your life, we’re sure that it won’t be long that you’ll WANT to move your new healthy body!

Will it be easy?

Is anything worth doing easy? Seriously, I don’t want to sugarcoat this. While it’s probably the easiest health programme you will have ever completed, with more support than you’ve ever experienced, there will be times that you find tougher than others. During the 90 day journey, everyone has their time in the sun and everyone has their moments of need. Fortunately that is what your tribe and I are there for… to support you in your transformation.

What is included?

In the first two weeks you will receive a video on each weekday and then, for every other week, you will get videos every Monday and Friday mornings straight into your email inbox. On Fridays you will receive your enhancement video announcing what next weeks changes will be. (SOOOO EXCITING!!)

Each week you will have access to the FAQ’s – all the questions that have been asked from people just like you!

You will then have online coaching calls with me on Mondays, Wednesday and Friday of the first two weeks, followed by Mondays and Fridays of every other week.

You will have access to your own online portal where you have a journal and tracking tools to help you diarise and monitor your progress and success.

You will have access to bonus videos as they are appropriate at different stages in the programme.

You will also be added to a private Facebook group for only the participants on your course. You will get to know them well over the 90 days and are likely to stay in touch for years to come!

At the end of the programme you will receive guidance about how to continue with your healthy lifestyle including the Living WILDFIT® e-book.

When will the LIVE! calls be?

Live calls will on Zoom at 4:30pm (NZST), each Thursday and Sunday.

If you can’t make it, no worries. You will get the best results from making as many as possible but sometimes, life happens. Recordings will be posted within 12 hours of the LIVE! call in the private Facebook group.

I'm vegan. Can I still do WILDFIT®?

Yup, you can. Many people who are vegetarian or vegan complete the programme with immense success. Some choose not to be vegetarian or vegan by the end but we will always respect your eating choices. We even have vegetarian coaches around the world who are Living WILDFIT®.

What Can I Expect by the end of the
WILDFIT® 90 Day Challenge?

This isn’t a weight loss programme, but it might just be one of the most effective programmes to manifest weight release on the planet. This online health challenge will get you healthy from the inside out. And when your body is healthy, it simply wants to shed unneeded body fat.

About Steph

Health Coach

The pursuit of exceptional health has always been on my radar, but it wasn’t until I found WILDFIT®, and fasting that I truly transformed my own health, once and for all. I studied Occupational Therapy at Otago Polytechnic and then Exercise Science at Max International College in Australia.  I love to keep learning about health so I can help you with your own health journey. I think of my body as my own personal lab, constantly changing and tweaking things to see how it responds, listening and watching for it's language.

As an Ironman finisher, a 2nd dan black belt in Zen Do Kai Freestyle Karate, a 2nd degree black singlet in Muay Thai Kickboxing and an ex-NZ police defensive tactics and physical training instructor at the Royal New Zealand Police College, I bring commitment and drive to your experience.

I am a certified WILDFIT® Health Coach in NZ. I am completely dedicated to YOUR health transformation and will throw everything I have at YOUR online health challenge to ensure you have a fulfilling and successful experience.

When I'm not coaching fasting and WILDFIT®, I also run a successful real estate agency in the sunny Kapiti Coast of New Zealand. I am the mother of a capable 14-year-old girl and a 1-year-old cavoodle. I love to walk along the river, lift heavy in the gym with my partner and family, cook nutritious meals, play music really loud and dance, and set goals for the future.
